Our newest exercise class involves a tailored exercise program for each individual under supervision of a physiotherapist. This ensures you are safe and doing your exercises with good technique for maximum benefits. Simply Strength incorporates functional strengthening exercises using a variety of equipment including free weights, machine/cable weights, body weight exercises, resistance bands, balance/proprioception, plyometric and power training with specific return to sport/work goals. Each participant’s program is individualised to target their goals and address their needs. Simply Strength is run in the group fitness gym at our Mickys location. You MUST book in for an individual assessment to start your program before starting a Simply Strength Class. Your program will be modified as you progress with your strength and condition.
