Hydrotherapy Melbourne

Hydrotherapy is an effective way to exercise in a supportive environment to relief pain and assist rehabilitation.

Hydrotherapy is strongly recommended post JOINT replacements (eg. hip, knee, shoulder). Being in the water is very therapeutic for the joints and whole body and patients report the water is soothing and enjoyable.

Hydro classes are run by our physiotherapists in a warm water pool. Before you attend the pool you need to be assessed at the clinic first, to make sure it is safe for you to get in the water. Your physio will discuss your goals to set up a program tailored to your individual needs.

Due to the supportive and low impact nature of the water, our classes are suitable for all ages and abilities.
